Prindle, a former Guthrie resident and now a resident of Midwest City, pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of child pornography, one count of possession of child pornography and one count of violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act. As part of his plea, he will serve seven years in prison and eight years on probation, all years to run concurrent.

An undercover investigation by an agent with the Attorney General’s Office, who is also a member of The Oklahoma Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, revealed Prindle had files available over the internet for sharing containing child pornography. The agent began communicating with Prindle online regarding child pornography, when he allegedly began sharing images and videos with the agent.

Attorney General Hunter applauded the work of the attorneys and other law enforcement agencies that worked on the case and said his office is dedicated to prosecuting individuals who commit crimes.

“The continued collaboration by the attorney general’s office and other law enforcement entities is making Oklahoma communities safer,” Attorney General Hunter said. “My office has zero tolerance for child predators and those looking to harm innocent children. We will continue to work with our partner law enforcement agencies to protect the innocent.”
