Club President Daniel Gustafson noted, “The band and music department does such a great job in providing a learning environment in the musical arts. They make the musical arts fun, interesting and challenging for the young women and men in our high school.”

He continued, “The teachers have a passion for nurturing these young talents and have developed a great program for our educational system here in Guthrie. We are proud to provide some financial support to continue their journey and excellence.”

The band and choir recently participated in the ‘89er Celebration activities with a concert on the Post Office lawn and both continue to win exceptional ratings during state high school competitions.
