Stacy Smith had a dream to create not only a place to eat, but a place where family’s could make memories and enjoy amazing food. On Thursday, Smith and her staff celebrated two years at Stacy’s Place.
The Guthrie Chamber of Commerce and merchants in and around the historical district will again be giving out candy and prizes to children who will be trick or treating. The downtown trick-or-treating will be held between 4 – 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31 (2017).
