The Guthrie YMCA offers a developmental youth basketball league for ages 4 years to 12 years old. The YMCA will be doing registration until October 31.
BancFirst Hosts WILD About Steven Adams Event
On September 18, BancFirst hosted an event at the Oklahoma City Zoo where over 200 winners from BancFirst communities across Oklahoma had the opportunity to meet one of the biggest personalities in the NBA.

The Guthrie Kiwanis Club sponsored the annual NFL Punt, Pass, and Kick competition at Guthrie High School on Saturday. Sixty-one children participated ranging in age from 6 to 15.
Along with his work ethic and pre-season play, Guthrie’s Kentrell Brothers securely landed on the final 53 man roster for the Minnesota Vikings. Brothers will play his first regular season game in the National Football League on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.
Guthrie’s McKenna Tucker, 10, recently competed in a nation-wide softball tournament held in Branson, MO. With 40-plus teams in the field, the Ultimate squad finished fourth.
