Guthrie airport to host movie night; viewed on hangar

Bookmark and Share

So you’re pretty proud of that 60 inch television, huh? Well, imagine watching one of your favorite movies on the side of an airport hangar?

That’s exactly what the Guthrie-Edmond Regional Airport will be doing for the public on Friday, September 7 th at 7 p.m.

Everyone is invited to come out to the airport, located at 520 Airport Road, for hamburgers, hot dogs, popcorn and an aviation movie to be determined.

The aviation movie will be determined by a popular vote that evening, so bring your movie of choice on DVD and see if it is selected. Perhaps, Top Gun, Into the Sun, or maybe the comedy Airplane will make the final cut?

Everyone is encouraged to bring a lawn chair and a blanket.
