Three elected Logan County officers were sworn into office Wednesday morning.
Under the guidance of Associate District Judge Louis Duel, County Commissioners Marven Goodman and Monty Piearcy and Assessor Tisha Hampton gave their oath inside the Logan County Courthouse.
Piearcy (pictured back right) begins his fourth full term as the District 3 commissioner.
Goodman, the District 1 commissioner, and Hampton begin their second term in office.
All three officers won their primary election in August.
Logan County Treasurer Sherri Longnecker, who did not draw an opponent, will be sworn in on July 1, 2019.
Treasurer’s are sworn with the beginning of the fiscal year for the county.
