Alfred “Zeus” Ratcliff Wins IBC Light Heavyweight Title

Alfred “Zeus” Ratcliff captured the International Boxing Council (IBC) light heavyweight title Saturday night with a unanimous decision win over veteran James Johnson in Hackman Boxing’s co-main event.

Ratcliff controlled the pace throughout the eight-round bout, sending Johnson to the canvas several times with sharp combinations and steady pressure. Despite the knockdowns, Johnson managed to go the distance.

The victory marks Ratcliff’s first title and improves his professional record to 8-5, with four wins by knockout.
