The Guthrie Police Department is investigating a series of crimes that took place over night as businesses and vehicles were damaged all along Division St.
The police department started receiving vandalism calls first thing Wednesday morning as employees began showing up to work.
At least four businesses and five vehicles sustained damage from either a BB or pellet gun.
The vandal(s) shot five vehicles, including four windshields, at Fleetwood Motors.
To the north on Division Street, an empty building at Springer Street, Guthrie Donuts, Kellogg Insurance and Stables all suffered window damage.
“What a mess,” is all that one business owner could say.
Police officials said they are working on separate leads and ask anyone if they have any information to contact them at 405-282-3535.
