Guthrie High School students Taylor Bolding and Easton Plagg were selected and honored by the Guthrie Lions Club for students of the month for the month of February
Taylor, the daughter of Trey and Gayle Bolding, stays active in many programs and clubs at GHS.
She has been a member of the GHS softball team for four years and Spanish Club for one year.
Taylor has been recognized for her classroom work by being named to the National Honor Society. She’s a valedictorian, was named as an all-region softball catcher and chosen as the Rotary Student of the Week.
She plans to attend Pittsburgh State University and major in nursing.
Easton, son of Ron and Juanita Plagg, plans to study at Oklahoma State University.
Easton is involved in FFA, basketball, National Honor Society and Spanish Club.
In the classroom, Easton has earned valedictorian status and has been awarded student of the week by Rotary and attended Boys State.
