The majority of the state’s sex crimes cases involving children are investigated by Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation’s ICAC, or Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Every day you can usually spot Lt. Mark Bruning of the Guthrie Police Department behind a computer. He investigates sexual predators accused of sharing child pornography online.

“So this year, I think I’ve worked 14 or 15 cases since January,” says Lt. Mark Bruning of the Guthrie Police Department. “It’s horrible to look at, the pictures and the videos, it’s horrible, but it’s worth it to put these people behind bars.”

  1. So if you want to put child predators behind bars…………..go get the one that raped my daughter whom Logan Co has an arrest warrant for? Tulsa County picked him up and Logan County declined to extradite him because hes mental. While my child lives in fear, this predator runs the streets. Logan County dropped the ball on this case from the begining and allowed a plea deal because they didn’t want to spend the money for a trial. A 5 year old child lost her innocence and this monster roams the streets. Go get him!!!! He’s got warrants! Tulsa did your job and picked him up for you once. Give my child some justice! Use my tax dollars for good.

  2. Go look it up………… Rance Von Hildrebrand!
