On Wednesday morning, Guthrie Fire Chief Eric Harlow lifted the burn ban inside the city limits.
The ban, which was put into place on Feb. 10, was in effect for 35 days.
Over the last 10 days, Guthrie has received 1.19 inches of rainfall to help saturate the ground.
Harlow reminds all citizens permits need to be obtained from the fire department in order to conduct any burning within the city limits, per ordinance.
