Central Elementary needs your votes for new playground

It has been done before and many are hoping it happens again. Citizens are being asked to vote for a new playground at Central Elementary.

Through the State Farm Neighborhood Assist Program, Central Elementary (321 E. Noble Ave.) is one of the final 200 applicants out of the 2,000 nationwide entries.

To vote for Central: Go to https://www.neighborhoodassist.com/entry/2024189

You can vote up to 10 times per day between August 14 and August 23. You’re encouraged to call all your family, friends and loved ones to get the most votes.  You must be 18 or older and have a valid email address to vote.

In September 2018, Charter Oak Elementary won a similar contest that landed them $25,000 toward playground equipment. Related article: Charter Oak Elementary wins $25,000 grant from State Farm for playground equipment
