We have a chamber member that has been in the thick of things in Moore Oklahoma. Kelly Wyskiel with 123 Barefoot Clinic has dedicated weeks of time helping victims, responders and even animals through the tornado.
Kelly is a member of the Oklahoma Trauma Response AcuTeam/ Acupuncturists Without Borders, and worked with VA relief, USAA, and DAV, basically running the veteran’s clinic out of the Wal-Mart parking lot. They treated almost four hundred people in the community!
Kelley’s clinic is located at 123 South Capital and offers walk in community treatments will now be offered every Tuesday from 10am-630 pm.(yes, all day!) Kelley asks for a $10 donation for the acupuncture treatments, but no appointment is necessary. Anyone can walk in to the community room, sign in on the consent form and choose a zero-gravity lounger to relax for a 20 minute ear acupuncture (or more specific treatment if needed) session that relieves stress, lowers pain, improves mental focus, and helps you sleep better. Kelley also takes appointments for the private treatment room on Tuesdays as well. For more information call 812-3374 or look online at www.123barefoot.com
