The Guthrie Chamber of Commerce held their annual awards banquet Thursday evening were they recognized their 2012 business, citizen, volunteer and lifetime achievement awards.

The event was hosted by the Guthrie Job Corps Center with an estimated 225 people in attendance on March 7.

Guthrie Job Corps Center was recognized as the 2012 Business of the Year, Dan Newton was honored as the Citizen of the Year. The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Don Coffin and for the first time the chamber awarded Sue DuCharme as the Jon Gumerson Memorial Volunteer of 2012.
Along with the dinner and awards, a raffle was held and raised over $1,000.
