City Clerk recognized for public administration, professional development

Kim BiggsThe City of Guthrie’s City Clerk and Treasurer, Kim Biggs, received a certificate from the Oklahoma Municipal Treasures Institute for completing 120 hours in the areas of public administration and professional development.

The recognition is sponsored by the Spears School School of Business at Oklahoma State University and endorsed by the Oklahoma Association of Public Treasures of the United States & Canada and the Association of Public Treasurers of the United States & Canada.
