Summer is almost here and local children will be looking for some fun in the sun and what could be better than a dip in the city pool?

Guthrie City Manager Matt Mueller recently announced that the pool, located in Highland Park, will open for summer on Tuesday, May 29.
According to Mueller, the pool will be open from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays.
Admission is $3 for children and adults.
The local YMCA is once again managing the pool.
