The City of Guthrie and the Guthrie Public Works Department respectfully requests your presence at a celebration to honor E.T. Vick for his 29 years of service to the City of Guthrie.
The celebration will be from 2 p.m. t0 4 p.m. on Friday, March 28in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 101 N. Second Street in Guthrie.
Mr. Vick served in the meter department under line maintenance
