Ruiz (Roy) John Morgan III
Logan County deputies served a warrant for the arrest of a man in Midwest City who is being accused of sexually assaulting his foster child while in his home.
Deputies served the warrant at Tinker Air Force Base on Wednesday and arrested 41-year-old Ruiz (Roy) John Morgan III.
Morgan, who is a civilian employee stationed at Tinker AFB, was booked into the Logan County jail on charges of sexual abuse of a child under 12 years of age and lewd exhibition of obscene material to a child under 12 years of age.
Morgan has been released on a $100,000 bond.
