In response to the ongoing wildfires that have devastated a good portion of eastern Logan County, a Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) will be established to assist affected residents. The MARC will be available on Sunday, March 23, from noon to 7 p.m. at the Logan County Fairgrounds, located at 215 Fairgrounds Rd, in Guthrie.
Residents impacted by the wildfires are encouraged to pre-register for assistance by calling the provided number or scanning the QR code.
The wildfires, fueled by strong winds and dry conditions, have led to significant property damage in the area. Emergency management teams, including the Logan County Emergency Management Office, have been working tirelessly to assess the damage and coordinate relief efforts.
The MARC will serve as a centralized location where affected individuals can access various disaster relief services and resources.
Residents are urged to remain vigilant, as fire weather warnings remain in effect due to ongoing dry and windy conditions.
