Several people in Logan County have said they have never felt an earthquake before, but after Saturday night that number has drastically decreased.
The United States Geological Survey initially reported a 4.4 tremor at 8:16 p.m., but downgraded the quake to a 4.1.
A second quake was felt in the same area with a 2.8 at 10:54 p.m.
The first quake struck eight miles from Guthrie with the epicenter just south of Highway 105 near Henney Road. The depth of the earthquake was 2.7 miles.
Several residents said they could feel their house shaking which resulted several saying their pictures hanging on the wall had shifted.
So far, no reports of damages.
