Sports physicals for all sports, including band will begin at 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 17 in the Guthrie High School cafeteria.
Mercy-Logan County will conduct the free physicals for student-athletes in the current grades of sixth thru 11th.
Physicals are mandatory to participate in any athletic competition.
Parents must fill out the GPS Medical Form and OSSAA Physical Form paperwork.
School officials said the student-athletes can have their private doctor complete the student’s physical, but must have all papers turned in by the time practices begin.
