A fundraiser was recently held by First Baptist Church in Guthrie for Hugh Allen’s 90th birthday in memory of his daughter Joyce Allen.
The Guthrie Educational Foundation will grant two $600 scholarships this Spring in Memory of Ms. Allen for students who will be attending Langston University in the Fall.
