After years of deterioration, the Guthrie High School tennis program now have tennis courts worth being extremely proud of following a resurfacing project.
The tennis teams had their first workout on the three resurfaced courts on Thursday afternoon.
“Thanks to everyone who donated, supported our camps, mixed doubles tournaments, baked potato sales, Yeti cup sales,” head coach Mary Hudson said on her Instagram page.
“A huge, huge thanks!!”
It took the program several years of savings for the estimated $20,000 project.
