A girl was rescued by the Guthrie Fire Department after getting stuck in a Guthrie hotel elevator on Friday evening.
Firefighters were called to the Holiday Inn Express just after 6:30 p.m. and found the preteen, unknown age, stuck in the elevator on the second floor.
The crew needed just a few minutes to pry open the doors to bring the girl to safety after being stuck for about 20 minutes.
One of the latches on the elevator had become out of line causing the doors to jam.
There were no injuries reported at the scene.
