The Guthrie Police Department and Guthrie Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle accident on S. Division just of Sooner Road just before 6:30 Wednesday evening.

One of the involved vehicles was a 1997 Chevrolet Pickup Truck with two occupants. Both of the occupants in the truck were ejected from the vehicle.
The two occupants Ronald L. Mundell, 51, and Joselyn L. Flores, 44, were transported separately to OU Medical Center. Both Ronald and Joselyn were pronounced deceased after arrival at the hospital.
The Guthrie Police Department Investigations Division is conducting an investigation into the cause of this fatality accident.
