A Guthrie school bus was involved in an early morning accident involving two other vehicles in south Logan County Friday morning.
The Guthrie Fire Department was called out to Coltrane and Gwendolyn Lane at approximately 7:00 a.m. The bus was en route to picking up the first students of the morning and only the driver was on board.
In addition, Oak Cliff Fire Department and the Logan County Sheriff’s Office responded to the accident.
One patient was transported to OU Medical Center-Edmond with leg injuries. There were no other injuries reported.
According to Guthrie Superintendent Terry Simpson very minor damage was done to the bus.
A vehicle rear ended another vehicle and thus ran into the third vehicle (bus).
