The Guthrie FFA chapter attended the 52nd annual Oklahoma FFA Alumni Leadership Conference, held at the Cedar Hills Baptist Youth Camp in Binger, Oklahoma.
More than 1,650 Members from over 300 Oklahoma FFA chapters have registered to participate in one of the six 2 ½ Day sessions scheduled from June 30th to July 13, 2024. The following Guthrie FFA members attended sessions Four and Five of this camp:
Colton Stevens, Britt Drake, Kynseth Zubrod, Shelbey Smedley, Mackenzie Knight, Rylee Tobin, Abigayle Lanoy, Ally Carey, Jake White, Graham Bales, Andrew Aitken, Ridge Garrett, Mackenzie Canary, Deeken Smith, Piper Gann, Valerie Spoelstra.
This year’s camp-themed ‘Impact: Leave your Mark’ is designed to engage FFA members in a series of fun and action-packed activities aimed at developing strong teamwork skills that can be applied in their local schools and communities.
Special presenters at the camp will include kickoff speakers Bill Cordes from Kansas, and keynote speaker Melvin Adams From Texas.
The FFA and FFA Alumni are an integral part of the agricultural education division within the Oklahoma and CareerTech system. The Oklahoma FFA Alumni Association’s primary goal is to create a robust, effective statewide organization to promote, serve, and support agricultural education and the FFA.
