W/M HAD A SEIZU RE W HILE DRIVING WITH HIS CHILDREN IN THE VEHICLE. PROVIDED INTERDICTION FOR THE SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN. RETURN ED CHILDREN TO THE CUSTODIAL MOTHER.
