Have you noticed that the Guthrie Public Library catalog looks different? This is because the library recently transitioned to a new integrated library system which manages customer accounts, circulation, cataloged item records and the catalog itself.
The new system is called Apollo and it is a significant upgrade from the previous system: it is extremely intuitive and dynamic and offers key features that streamline workflow for staff and enhance user experience for customers.
Keep a watch for a new look to the library’s website, too.
The Oklahoma Department of Libraries is facilitating a transition from the current website to a new WordPress-based website. Staff has tested the new site and is excited about positive changes. The new website will be very visually appealing and has new features to improve customer experience.
