The City of Guthrie will be selling surplus properties in late November as declared by the city council in their goal of selling excess city property.
The vacant lot at 409 S. First will be auctioned at 4:00pm on November 28th, and the parking lot at the Southeast corner of Oklahoma and Ash will be auctioned at 5:00pm on that same day.
Guthrie City Manager Matt Mueller said the assessment for the 409 S. First Street will have a minimum bid of $2,000 while the assessment for the parking lot will have a minimum bid of $22,500.
