High speeds appear to be the cause of a single vehicle accident that claimed a Guthrie life early this morning on Interstate 35.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers, along with Logan County deputies, were called out to the interstate at mile marker 147 approximately two miles north of Waterloo Road just after 12:30 a.m.
Macie Moore, 31 0f Guthrie, was transported to an Edmond hospital, but was later pronounced dead.
Although, troopers have not released a report at this time, they believe high speeds may have caused Moore to lose control of the car causing it to leave the highway, hitting the cable barriers and causing the vehicle to land on its roof.
Funeral services are pending with Hayes Funeral Home.
Love you Macie- you will be missed!
