Guthrie’s Emily Brown helps leads Storm to National Championship

Emily Brown, of Guthrie, (third from the left) helped her team win a National Championship.

Emily Brown, a member of the 14-and-under Oklahoma City Storm girls basketball team, won the National Championship at the National Christian Homeschool Championship tournament.

The tournament took place in Springfield, Missouri the week of March 18.

The OKC Storm finished the season with a record of 52-0.

Emily is the daughter of Brian and Christina Brown of Guthrie.
