The Guthrie Lady Jays hosted the Guthrie BancFirst Tennis Tournament at the Oklahoma City Tennis Center and finished with numerous top 10 finishes.

#1 Singles Cheyenne Royal placed 6^th

She lost to Edmond Santa Fe in the first round 6-1, 6-0
In the second round she defeated Midwest City 6-0, 6-1
In the consolation round she lost to Seminole in three sets 6-4, 2-6, 9-11

#2 Singles Heidi Kuruvilla placed 4^th

She won her first round against Midwest City in three sets 3-6, 6-0, 10-8
In the second round she lost to Ardmore 6-1, 6-1
In the match for 3^rd she lost to Shawnee 6-3, 6-0

#1 Doubles  Sarah Howells and Carissa Mathena placed 2nd

They won their 1^st round against Anadarko 7-6, 4-6, 10-4
In the next round they defeated Seminole 6-1, 6-3

In the match for 1^st they lost to Ardmore who they had already defeated twice, so they were disappointed the score was 6-3, 6-4
