Hubbard named New Horizon Court Clerk of the Year

City of Guthrie Court Clerk Suzanne Hubbard has been named the New Horizon Court Clerk of the Year in Oklahoma.

Hubbard was chosen from a lengthy list of nominees, and was selected by the Oklahoma Municipal Court Clerk’s Association.

“I am very humbled and honored to have been nominated and elected as the recipient of the OMCCA New Horizon Award,” Hubbard said. “I work with some pretty great people within City Hall.”

The New Horizon Award is for new clerks who have served less than five years. The goal of the award is to acknowledge outstanding effort, advancement and achievements.
