The Logan County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your assistance to help bring a 14-year-old boy back to his family after he was reported as a runaway on Thursday afternoon.
At 1:44 p.m., deputies responded to the juvenile’s address on Sandy Lane in Guthrie after he went missing at approximately 11:30 a.m. The name of the child is Trance Rodenbough.
Parents made contact with a neighbor in the area and he recalled seeing a boy matching Trance’s description walking southbound on Sandy Lane around 11:30.
Trance is 5’7″-5’8″ tall weighs approximately 125 lbs with dirty blonde/brown hair fashioned into a Mohawk style. Trance was last seen wearing a brown corduroy jacket. white t-shirt with a wrap around design, and blue jeans.
Trance is a Type 1 Diabetic currently on insulin and was due to check his sugar levels this afternoon but he did not take any of his supplies with him when he left. Parents reported that Trance was running high on his sugar levels this morning and if he fails to comply with his schedule and medicine he could become very sick.
Parents stated that the family is currently in the process of moving and Trance does not know anybody in Logan County because they are from Moore. Trance currently does not have a cellphone however has always threatened to runaway to be with relatives in Missouri. Parents reported to me that Trance has A.D.D. and O.D.D and frequently runs away.
