Kim Biggs promoted to Guthrie City Clerk, Treasurer

Mayor Mark Spradlin and the Guthrie City Council recently appointed Kim Biggs to the City Clerk/Treasurer position for the City of Guthrie.

Biggs has served the City of Guthrie since 2000 and has held the position of Deputy City Clerk for the past ten years.

Biggs graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the Oklahoma Municipal Clerks, Treasurers, and Finance Officials Association and Government Finance Officers Association.

She is an active member of the Logan County United Way and has participated in many community fundraisers for the Logan County Red Cross and for the Guthrie Chamber of Commerce membership drive.

Biggs and her husband, Scott, live in Guthrie and have three sons, Ryan, Mitchell, and Ty. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping, hunting, fishing, and is an all-around sports fanatic.
