A man was arrested after causing a three-vehicle collision that sent one person to the hospital.
Rafael Becerra Magana, 45, of Guthrie was put into handcuffs at around 7 p.m. at the intersection of Noble Ave. and Pine St. Becerra was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
According to a police report, Magana was driving a green pickup truck when he struck a minivan. Afterwards, Magana attempted to back up and leave when he struck the third vehicle.
One person, who was complaining of neck and back pain, was transported non-emergency to Logan County Mercy Hospital.
The truck and minivan were towed from the scene following the accident that occurred around 6:37 p.m. on Saturday.
Magana pleaded not guilty to the misdemeanor crime in front of a Logan County judge and was released on bond of $2,500
They think they can come here and break all the laws they want. We had same thing happen in front of our house. Caused a roll over and the driver causing it was hisp[anic too and went to jail.
