Mayor signs his first proclamation for Community Action Month

Mayor Mark Spradlin made his first proclamation for the City of Guthrie less than 24 hours in office as he declared May “Community Action Month”.

The proclamation recognizes the hard work and dedication of Guthrie’s Community Action Agencies.

The proclamation states: IN TESTIMONY WHEROF, I Mayor Mark Spradlin have hereunto set my hand and caused to be affixed the Great Seal of the City of Guthrie on this this 9th day of May 2013.

NOW THEREFORE, I Mark Spradlin, Mayor of the City of Guthrie, do hereby proclaim May 2013 as COMMUNITY ACTION MONTH.
