The Mercy Clinic will be offering physicals for students on Thursday, May 17 and Guthrie Public Schools will be offering free transportation during school hours to the clinic.
A student-athlete who wishes to play in high school or junior high athletics, or play in the band, they must have a physical on file.
Athletic Director Jon Chappell says forms should come home with students, but if you need the forms simply click here.
The following times will be for pick up: high school at 8:15 a.m., GUES 8:45, Junior High 10:15, High School 11:45, Junior High 12:45 p.m. and High School 1:30.
