A neighbor in the Noble Heights Apartments, located at the intersection of Oklahoma and Academy, called police about a strange odor coming from a nearby apartment. Once officers responded to the apartment they quickly smelled the scent of marijuana and detained three men while a search warrant could be obtained.

Detectives and officers found nearly 13 thousand dollars, that was separated by increments of $1,000, packed in baggies and stuffed in dirty clothes.

Along with the money, officers found four baggies of marijuana that were ready for sale and the serial numbers on the three guns had been removed.

Andre Billard Jr., 24, and Jonathan Henry, 22, lived in the apartment and are now facing seven separate charges, including possession with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm after a prior felony conviction as well as drugs within 2,000 feet of a school or park. Magnus Feaster, 25, who did not live in the apartment, was also taken into custody. Billard Jr. is a Langston University student while Henry attends school at OSU in OKC.
