A female juvenile was killed Monday morning after being ejected from a vehicle.
Emergency responders was dispatched to West Charter Oak Road near 9335 W. Charter Oak between Western Ave. and Pennsylvania Ave. just before 8 a.m.
According to OHP investigators, a blue 2003 Jeep SUV was eastbound on Charter Oak Road and departed the roadway to the right for an unknown reason.
The vehicle then rolled partially ejecting one occupant who was pronounced deceased at the scene. Troopers are not releasing the juvenile’s name at the current time.
Another occupant, a juvenile male whose name is also being withheld, survived with minor injuries.
Both the condition of the driver and the cause of the collision are still under investigation.
Neither occupant was wearing a seat belt.
Troopers were assisted by the Logan County Sheriff’s Office, Oak Cliff Fire Department and Logan County officer of Emergency Management.
