A pastor pleaded guilty to four counts Monday morning inside the Logan County Courthouse, including lewd acts with a child.

David MooreDavid Gordon Moore, 44, changed his plea from not guilty to guilty and was sentenced to seven years in the Department of Corrections and must serve 85 percent of that time.

This is not the first time the True Life Ministries pastor has been convicted of a sex crime. In 2002, he registered as a sex offender after his conviction of lewd acts with a child.

Court documents show that a 12-year-old girl said Moore rubbed her feet and legs, made her and another girl watch pornography and got the girls drunk inside his Guthrie home. The crimes were said to happen on March 25, 2012.

Moore pleaded guilty to two counts of lewd acts, violation of the Sex Register Offender Act and furnishing alcohol to a minor.

As of Tuesday afternoon, the church’s website showed Moore as the Apostle Rev. David Moore Senior Pastor.
