The Logan County Board of Commissioners will hold a public auction on October 26 at 10 a.m. for a 1994 single-wide mobile home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, located at 215 Fairgrounds Rd, in Guthrie.
Bidders are responsible for moving the mobile home, which must be removed within 15 days of the sale.
A 10% cash deposit is required at the time of sale, with the balance due by certified funds by 10 a.m. on October 29, 2024. The mobile home is sold “as is,” with no warranties or refunds.
Interested parties can view the home from October 15-18 and October 21-25 from 9-10 a.m., and on the day of the auction starting at 8:30 a.m.
