The latest numbers are in and as expected the Guthrie school district continues to rise in enrollment.
Superintendent Dr. Mike Simpson shared the latest numbers in his Superintendent’s Report at the Board of Education meeting.
Simpson reported the district is up 71 students so far this school year and has increased by 198 new students in the past two years.
Enrollment numbers currently show 3,551 students in the school district.
In 2008, enrollment was just under 3,330 students.
The map below shows kindergarten through fifth grade student enrollment for 2012-13. Each blue marking represented a student and where each student resided last year.
