Update: Nearly 4,000 without power in Guthrie, Coyle and Langston

Update at 8:49 p.m. — OG&E reports power is restored in Guthrie, Langston and Coyle. Cause of the outage is unknown.

Update at 7:56 p.m. — It’s a big outage. OG&E reports 2,804 customers in Guthrie are without power along with 795 in Langston and 358 customers in Coyle.

Update at 7:35 p.m. — Residents near Highway 105 and Post report no power as well as customers in the Coyle area.

7:20 p.m. — Several people are reporting that they are without power in the Guthrie area. Street lights on the east side are also reported to be out.

OG&E is not reporting outages at this time on their system watch for the Guthrie area.

Most reports are coming from the east and north sides of town.

Power flashed at the police and fire departments, but quickly came back on.
