Sierra Pfeiffer announces candidacy for Associate District Judge

Logan County – Sierra Pfeiffer, a veteran prosecutor and senior law enforcement attorney with 13 years of legal experience, announced today that she is running for Associate District Judge in Logan County.

Pfeiffer currently serves as Deputy General Counsel for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) and previously worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Logan County and surrounding jurisdictions. Over the course of her career, she has prosecuted violent offenders, drug traffickers, and major felony cases, working closely with law enforcement to protect Oklahoma communities.

“I’m running because I believe Logan County deserves a judge who will follow the law as written, protect public safety, and make hard decisions without fear or favoritism,” Pfeiffer said. “People come to court on some of the most difficult days of their lives. They deserve a judge who is fair, prepared, and unafraid to do what’s right.”

Pfeiffer’s commitment to justice is deeply personal. Her mother survived a violent assault, an experience that exposed Pfeiffer at a young age to the lasting impact of crime on victims and families. That experience helped shape her decision to pursue a career in criminal law and public service.

“As a prosecutor, I learned the importance of accountability – and the responsibility that comes with discretion,” Pfeiffer said. “As judge, my focus will be public safety, consistency, and ensuring every case is decided on the facts and the law, not on who you know.”

In addition to her prosecutorial work, Pfeiffer has served as a staff attorney for the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and as Counsel to the Commissioners of the Oklahoma Tax Commission. She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Pfeiffer lives in Mulhall with her husband, State Representative John Pfeiffer, and their son, Jack. They attend First United Methodist Church of Orlando.
