Cimarron National Golf Club would like to thank their staff and numerous volunteers for the tremendous effort put forth in making “The Duffy” a great success. It was definitely a team effort to pull this off and we are thrilled with the result.
It is very rare you have 100 percent attendance for a 160 person tournament. We hope everyone noticed the signs naming our sponsors and contributors that were on display throughout the clubhouse and golf course; in case you did not, listed below are the contributors. John Vance Motors of Guthrie and Vance Motors of Perry went above and beyond by sponsoring hole-in-one prizes on most of our Par 3s. Proximity prizes were donated by the following: Cusask Meats, Adidas, Titleist, Oakley, Sun Mountain, Bridgestone and Footjoy. Contributors to the participant gift bags and product on the course were O.G.&E. Boaz Candy Co., Frito Lay, Bridgestone, Callaway, F&M Bank, BancFirst, John Vance Motors, Pepsi and Johnnies Charcoal Broiler.
Our door prizes were donated by Cousins Bar and Grill, Classic Paper and Vance Motors. We want to thank Kathy Sells and her staff for their hard work in preparing the buffet along with ME/CU. The South Central PGA Foundation partnered with our local YMCA and the SNAG junior golf program and collected the hole sponsorship money from the following: Interbank, Triple C Lighting, Auto Parts and Machine, Craig Alexander with Bancfirst Insurance, Joey Flesner with Etiquette Network, Tommy and Linda Tatom, Jeff Flesner and family, Cimarron Ready Mix, Logan County Asphalt Co., Newkirk Farmers-Ranchers Livestock Auction, Missy’s Bakery and Donuts, Dan’s Pest Control, Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Nash and Misti Martin and Spoonful Pharmacy.
