Guthrie Chamber of Commerce announced Wednesday morning that Tracy Zserdin was hired as CEO/President.
Tracy will be taking over for Gregory “Heady” Coleman, who stepped down in May to pursue an opportunity to work full-time in a role with North Church Guthrie.
“The Chamber Board is excited to announce the hiring of Tracy Zserdin. Tracy’s work ethic along with her friendly personality makes her the perfect fit for building on the momentum that the chamber and community have going,” Chamber Chair Doug Ogle said.
During the last few months Tracy has served in an interim role during the transition and ran the Chamber office on a day-to-day basis. The Chamber Executive Committee interviewed several candidates over the last two weeks and unanimously chose Tracy as their recommendation for board approval.
“We feel with Tracy’s leadership and vision that we can continue to promote and grow our investors and improve the quality of life here in Guthrie and Logan County,” Ogle concluded.
