New traffic lights are up and functioning at the intersection of I-35 and Waterloo.
According to Oklahoma County Commissioner Ray Vaughn, red lights will flash until after morning rush hour Wednesday morning at which time the full red, yellow and green lights will control traffic.
Between ten and twenty thousand cars pass through this intersection every day.
