A semi-truck driver was able to avoid injuries by jumping out of a truck before being crashed into by a train.
The incident took place on Seward Road, west of Broadway, just after 11 a.m.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the semi, traveling east, got stuck on the tracks and forced the driver to get out before being hit by the train. He was unharmed.
Troopers said the train conductor was transported to the hospital but is expected to be ok.
Logan County Emergency Manager Steven Haga says the railroad company (BNSF) said the train did not derail and no hazardous materials were involved.
Barricades are being placed around the area by Logan County District 1. The roadway will be closed on both sides of the track for the next few hours.
